Full Status Check
By performing full status check, it is possible to know the execu-
tion results of erase and program operations. Figure 101 shows a
full status check flowchart and the action to be taken when each
error occurs.
____
Ready/Busy (RY/BY) Pin
____
The RY/BY pin is an output pin (N-channel open drain output)
which, such as the sequencer status (SR7), indicates the operat-
ing status of the flash memory. It is Llevel (busy) during program
or erase operation and becomes the high impedance state (ready)
____
when these operations end. The RY/BY pin requires an external
pull-up operation.

Erase error
Program error
Execute the clear status register command (5016)
to clear the status register. Try performing the
operation one more time after confirming that the
command is entered correctly.
Should a block erase error occur, the block in error
cannot be used.
Should a program error occur, the block in error
cannot be used.
End (Erase, program)
Note: When one of SR5 and SR4 is set to 1, none of the program, erase all blocks,
and block erase commands is accepted. Execute the clear status register
command (5016) before executing these commands.
