5.3 In case of shorting output to output

NPN Tr. (Q2) is turned on and off in response to the input signal voltage.

5.4 In case of appearing output offset voltage by generating a large leakage current

on the input capacitor etc.

NPN Tr. (Q1) is turned on while the inverted output voltage level become less than the threshold level

of output offset voltage detector.
