d0: CLK_RATE ('0' = 93.75KHz, '1' =1.5MHz)

d1: CLK_POL ('0' = Normal, '1' = Inverted)

d2: TEST(auto bulk). Must be '0' for proper operation.

d3: VSYNC ('1' = wait to new input video field)

Soft mode:

d0: CLK_OUT (functional in Soft mode only)

d1: DAT_IO (functional in Soft mode only)
