Full precision is maintained throughout the 3X3 matrix multiplication. To ensure that maximum precision is maintained by the
GF9105A, rounding of the Y/G, CB/B and CR/R channels depends on the state of the RND8/10 and BYPASS_F control bits
(See HOST Programming Section).
