DESCRIPTION
The TK11851L-G is a pulse skipping step-up DC-DC
converter IC designed for White LED driver applications,
suitable for 2 to 4 LEDs, with the following built in : a high
current switching transistor (400mA peak),an inductor current
limit detector, a low voltage reference (Vref=0.515V),a high
speed oscillator, an error comparator, a zener diode for open-
circuit protection (OVP) and an ON/OFF control(En pin). The
IC works with a wide operating supply range (2.3~10V).
The white LEDs are connected in series and driven at a
constant current resulting in uniform brightness.

ッチングトランジスタ(400mAピーク)、インダクタ電流制限
検出回路、低基準電圧、高速発振器、エラーコンパレー
タ、オープン保護(OVP)用ツェナーダイオード、On/offコン
ト ロ ー ル 機 能 (En ピ ン ) を 内 蔵 し て い ま す 。 入 力 電 圧
2.3~10.0Vの広範囲で動作します。
白色LED直列接続、低電流駆動構成で、輝度ムラが少なく、
高効率で動作します。
