GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The BC 146 isaNPNsilicon planar epitaxial transistor
in miniature plastic package designed for hearing
aids, watches, paging systems and other equipment
where small size is of paramount importance. The
BC 146 is complementary to PNP BC 200.
