[1] All typical values for VCC = 2.5 V ± 0.2 V are measured at VCC = 2.5 V and Tamb = 25 °C.
All typical values for VCC = 3.3 V ± 0.3 V are measured at VCC = 3.3 V and Tamb = 25 °C.
