GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Am9128 is a 16,384-bit Static Random = Access Read-write Memory organized as 2048 words of 8 bits. It uses fully static circuitry, requiring no clocks or refresh to operate. Directly TTL-compatible inputs and outputs and operation from a single +5 V supply simplify system designs.
