General Description:
CN3082 is a mutli-chemistry battery charge IC for multi-chemistry batteries. The device contains an on-chip power MOSFET and eliminates the need for the external sense resistor and blocking diode. CN3082 is specifically designed to work within USB power specifications. Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature.
