The HCTL-20XX-XX is CMOS ICs that perform the quadra ture  decoder,  counter,  and  bus  interface  function.  The HCTL-20XX-XX  is  designed  to  improve  system  perfor mance in digital closed loop motion control systems and digital  data  input  systems.
