Infrared Light Emitting Diode (GaAlAs) INFRARED EMITTING DIODE

The HL602,850nm GaAlAs IRED mounted in a COB package with epoxy-lens. The HL602 has narrow beam angle, and is able to solder in the backside of PC board.
