The LR38826 is a controller for 132 x 176-dot TFT-LCDs that targets popular types of cellular phones.
By incorporating gate/source drivers and power supply circuits, the LCD module can consist of a single-chip, creating a module with three-side free mounting and enabling miniaturization of cellular phones. Its versatile graphic function also contributes to advanced cellular phone feature.
