The µPA2721GR is N-channel MOS Field Effect Transistor designed for power management applications of notebook computers and Li-ion battery protection circuit.

   RDS(on)2 = 6.3 mΩ MAX. (VGS = 4.5 V, ID = 10 A)
• Low Ciss: Ciss = 5100 pF TYP. (VDS = 10 V, VGS = 0 V)
• Built-in gate protection diode
• Small and surface mount package (Power SOP8)
