192 Output TFT-LCD full color driver

The μPD16601 is a source driver for TFT-LCD that realizes full color display, and it is a high definition display of 1280 × 1024 pixel class Ideal for Ray. The internal circuit consists of a 12-channel (4 × 3) analog input terminal, a 12-channel × 16-bit shift register It consists of 192 channels of sample & hold circuit (2 latch type).
